Ingredients
Scale
- 200 g Cottage Cheese (Ensure well-drained)
- 100 g Oat Flour
- 50 g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 100 g Honey or Maple Syrup
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- a pinch Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. This takes about 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix together the Cottage Cheese, Oat Flour, Cocoa Powder, Honey, Eggs, Vanilla Extract, Baking Powder, and Salt. Stir everything for about 3-5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture forms and no lumps are visible.
- Grease a square baking pan (approximately 20×20 cm) or line it with parchment paper. This prevents the brownies from sticking.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth it out evenly. Make sure it is distributed evenly.
- Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake the brownies for 20-25 minutes. The brownies are done when they are firm at the edges but still slightly wobbly in the center.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes before removing them. This allows them to set and makes them easier to cut.
- Cut the brownies into pieces and enjoy them warm or at room temperature. Decorate them as desired with nuts or a dollop of yogurt.
